Because I've been using for years a build of version 1.7.0, which used to be available here:
http://www.noc.ucf.edu/tools/Iperf/default.htm
They don't provide it anymore, and iperf on Windows is not common, so I built it myself.
Note that I did limited testing, and it seems to work. That doesn't mean every feature or option
will actually work as intended. I have no knowledge in programming, so please do not send me e-mail
complaining about things that don't work. I won't be of any help, sorry.
